WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ROOM • Check the equipment and items against the inventory provided in the room, including power sockets, the water heater, television, telephone, slippers, towels, hangers, drinking water and in-room food. • Ask how to use the equipment safely. • Confirm the price of chargeable services, including the minibar if available. • Report damaged or missing items to reception immediately so they can be repaired or replaced.
